Contracts of Employment are the cornerstone of any employment relationship and set the tone for what is to be expected by both parties. The Basic Conditions of Employment Act sets out certain key clauses that must be present but very often our employment requirements go beyond this.

A properly drafted contract is vital not only to appease Labour Legislation Requirements but also to protect the business.

In this course, Labour Law expert Angus Bailie, will discuss the merits of each of these important contracts:

  • A standard contract of employment
  • A fixed term contract of employment
  • A part-time contract of employment
  • A restraint and confidentiality agreement
